| Well this might seem strange to you
depending on your background. I can't locate the pics for this dish. However, it's real
simple. All you need is a roasted breadfruit. When the roasted breadfruit is peeled it
looks like the first picture below. |

Ok, here we go. Remember that I am
not chef Boyardee and I just go by instinct. Slice the breadfruit into thin slices
and fry on both sides until golden brown. Be careful I did not say until burnt. Then
prepare your chicken anyway you like. Here I did a sort of stewed chicken. |

look like the pics below. Serve with a salad or as I did with corn on the cob. As usual if
